i love my life
i went qing meng with aunties and grandma. v visited my grandpa and 2nd uncle in nirvana. the last time i went was a long time ago, perhaps when i was still in primary. then the timing didnt allowed when i moved on to secondary school. so tis time i grabbed my camera with me.
i drove the "tour group" there
*proud*then
sai yi and
tai kau fu went and
"seek permission to visit"
twice!!
v visited grandpa 1st.
he was saved before he died. granma said he loved me most when he was alive.
i remember the days when he will wake me up for morning walk with him. v will be walking in the wee hours for fresh air.
then he will buy me breakfast.
he used drives us to kindergarden too
i miss him!
grandma bought food for him.
mummy mentioned christian don't need all these but grandma said better to give in case he can get.
else if he cant get also no harm.
oh well grandpa is happy in heaven.
sai yi told me christian gets white candles to
"eat" where else my uncle get scented red candle to
"eat". hahaha
*drools*being the 3rd generation thr, i cant be questioning their believes and traditions.
my 2nd uncle.
2nd youngest to 7 siblings in my mother's side. died in a car crash.
i still can recall his funeral. tat was kind of a painful time.
v sat down and counted the years uncle left. do the math 2001-1972= 29 years old and he left us for 7 years de. time flies.
he spoil me with arcades and allowances when he was alive. *i miss him too*
i bet i can get more ang pow during cny if he is still alive. haha
uncle got more food. roasted chicken, pork, rice, char siew pau, beers and 7up. oh for dessert,
sai yi lighted a ciggerate for him.
when
sai yi was laying the food, she called him to come back and eat.
haih i was sad for a moment.
she threw 2 coins to check whether he got the food o not.
2 sides up means he cant get. 1 up 1 down means he got it.
uncle got joss sticks and scented red candles for "meal"
tai kau fu burnt treasure boxes and car for uncle. BMW wei!
i am just the bystander that trying to know what are chinese traditions.
